    Not at all happy, delayed on drive through, made my order got to pickup window was advised out of potato and gravy so replacing with gravy all good

    They then passed box with 3 piece feed down to my lap in the car, the gravy had spilt out through the box down through the cardboard but at same time I got splashed by the hot gravy burning my left hand

    Finally when they replaced my meal they offered me 2 twisters as an apology, I declined. I was so disappointed andi showed them the burn marks on my hand, they offered no solution

    Chicken was dry and tasteless

    It was pretty dirty at this dirty bird. Only a few staff were wearing masks, looked like the tables hadn't been cleaned all day. Certainly not covid safe. Chicken was good though. My order wasn't ready and I had to wait as others came and went even though I ordered and paid ahead.

    Service was OK. Had to wait even though there were no customers. Food was average but potato and gravy had a slightly odd flavour than usual. Venue was dirty. Floors, tables and toilets needed a really good clean.

    I recently visited this store and was a very happy customer!

    The customer service was great, it was fast service and the food was hot, fresh and delicious.

    I am very pleased and will be back again.
